Experiments in Nut Milk!


1 cup toasted raw hazelnuts, 4 cups water
Blend
Strain with cheesecloth
Voila!

PS I love this glass bottle. Need to buy some more fresh market italian soda so I can have another bottle.

Leftover "nut pulp" can then be used to make other delectable treats!

Hazelnut hummus topped with chopped greek olives, olive oil, pine nuts, and sriracha


Hazelnut pulp serves as the flour- mixed with agave nectar, peanut butter, & chocolate chips
