Meatless Thanksgiving
I wasn't sure if Thanksgiving could still be Thanksgiving without a turkey. Guess what, it can. This plant based spread was every bit as satisfying, but without the turkey tryptophan coma.

Mole skillet pie with greens
This Veganomicon creation brought out all the kitchen appliances- food processor, immersion blender, kitchen aid stand mixer, and the big blue pot. ( I am still not sure of its proper name...iron skillet, crock pot, french oven, dutch oven? Whatever, it's pretty.)
Pumpkin baked ziti with caramelized onions and sage crumb topping
Food processor procured...I can now make cashew ricotta, integral to this Veganomicon recipe.
