Meatless Thanksgiving

I wasn't sure if Thanksgiving could still be Thanksgiving without a turkey. Guess what, it can. This plant based spread was every bit as satisfying, but without the turkey tryptophan coma.

Cranberry goat cheese log with assorted crackers

Wasabi and roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Brussel sprout and kale salad with sliced almonds, craisins, and gorgonzola in a lemon juice and olive oil dressing

Wilted baby bok choy, kale, and shallots with sesame seeds and soy sauce

Green bean casserole

Cheddar biscuits

And no celebration is complete without some wine.
