Green bean salad

I can't believe how good this was. We had some fresh green beans in the fridge that needed to be used up. After perusing Pinterest for ideas I settled on a green bean salad preparation.

The green beans are snipped and cut into 1-1&1/2 inch pieces and quickly boiled then put into an ice bath. They are dressed in an olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder, and lemon juice mixture. Then I just threw in what I had on hand- chopped onion, olives, walnuts, and feta cheese.

This was so good and I think it will be my new go to healthy pasta salad alternative!
